TERMINATION OF ACTIVITY OF THE ASSOCIATION
The Association
terminates its activity in the following cases:
-by decision of the Conference;
-by decree of the court;
-in other cases, in accordance with legislation.
The liquidating commission is formed in case of the termination of
activity of the Association. From the moment of formation of the liquidating
commission all rights of management of the Association pass to it.
The liquidating commission manes liquidating balance and presents
it to the Conference for confirmation.
In accordance with the legislation the means received from sale of
property of the Association, after pay off a debt, will be directed
for Charter/s aims of the Association.
