3.MEMBERSHIP
IN THE ASSOCIATION. RIGHTS AN DUTIES OF THE MEMBERS
2. The
members of the Association pay dues fixed by the Association.
3. Any person who recognizes the Charter of the Association
and participates in its activity can be member of the Association.
4. The members are admittanced by the Board of the Association.
5. The collective admittance is realized on the base of Rules
"About collective membership in Association".
6. The applicant applies in writing to the Board of the Association.
The application will be considered during one month from the registration
date and by to positive decision of more than half of the members
of the Board the applicant is admittanced in the Association.
7. The labour collectives of the organizations and enterprises
can be collective members of the Association.
8. The members of the Association have the following rights:
-to participate in the management of the Association according to
the rules of the present Charter and other documents;
-to elect and to be elected into the election organs of the Association;
-to participate in the measures, organized by the Association;
-to get the information about activity of the election organs and
officials of the Association;
-to participate with the deliberative vote in activity of the organs
of the Association;
-personally to participate in discussion of problems concerning its
rights and duties, to give explanations, to express discontent and
submit complaints.
9. The member of the Association can not be simultaneously
in the two election organs.
10. The member of the Association can appeal on behalf of the
Association only on the base of authorities given to him by the conference
or the Board of the Association.
11. The members of the Association have duties:
-to observe the Charter of the Association;
-to carry out the solutions of the elected organs of the Association.
12. The membership in the Association is ceased in the following
cases:
-at the termination of the activity of the Association;
-at the voluntary leaving the Association;
-at the expulsion from the Association.
