1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Azerbaijan Biophysical Association is a voluntary union of scientists living in the Azerbaijan Republic and working in the biophysical sphere and adjoining branches of sciences that founded on the base of equality of rights, community of positions and self-government.

2. The Association carries out its activities in a close cooperation with government bodies, public organizations and similar societies that operate in foreign countries.

3. The Association carries out its activities based on Constitution and Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic as well as on the base of the present Charter.

4. The Association gains the status of the juridical persons from the moment of its registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic.

5. The Association has its own balance, seal, stamp, bank accounts in the Banks of the Azerbaijan Republic and other properties.

6. The Association has the right to conclude the agreements on its name, acquire property and non-property rights, bear the responsibility, appear in the court as a plaintiff or a defendant.
